When you complete our eligibility test, we collect the following information:

• Identification data: first name
• Contact details: WhatsApp phone number
• Test-related data: your answers to the 11 questions

Why we collect your data

These data points are necessary to analyse your profile and send you a personalised assessment of your eligibility for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV).

How long we keep your data

Your data is kept only for the time necessary to process your request and provide you with our recommendation. Once the assessment has been delivered and any related follow-up has ended, your data is deleted from our systems.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the test.
